THE WESTBOROUGH LEARNING SESSION
The Westborough Learning Session meets every Thursday evening from 7:00-8:00 pm at Mulligan's Taverne on the Green in Westborough. The group has a different leader each month who chooses tunes and leads the group in learning those tunes. Both ear training and sheet music can be used to help learn the tunes in the Learning Session.The Westborough Learning Session is followed by a traditional Irish session from 8:00-11:00 pm.
TUNES FOR NOVEMBER
I am looking forward to sharing three jigs we are learning at the Comhaltas Ceili class this season, as taught by Oisin McAuley. There are a lot of switches between C sharp and C natural just to keep us jumping, or should I say jigging? I hope you enjoy learning these tunes with me.
